Our client, a fast‑growing consumer services company, is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help execute and optimize customer communication campaigns across email, SMS, promotions, and retention marketing channels.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Email, SMS & Customer Retention

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building campaigns, analyzing performance, testing new ideas, and driving measurable business results through direct‑response marketing.

Working closely with marketing and leadership teams, you'll support customer engagement, retention, lead nurturing, and promotional initiatives while helping improve campaign performance and overall ROI.

This is a highly hands‑on role focused on execution, testing, and optimization.

What You’ll Do
Email Marketing & Customer Communications

Build, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns

Support promotional, retention, and reactivation initiatives

Assist in developing automated email journeys and follow‑up sequences

Test subject lines, messaging, offers, creative, and send times to improve performance

Monitor key metrics including open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and engagement

SMS Marketing

Create and deploy SMS campaigns for promotions, customer engagement, and retention

Support customer reactivation initiatives through text marketing

Ensure compliance with opt‑in and messaging requirements

Test messaging strategies to improve response and conversion rates

Lead Nurturing & Retargeting

Execute outbound campaigns to leads and customers through email and SMS channels

Support lead reactivation and promotional outreach efforts

Assist with list management, segmentation, and campaign targeting

Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead engagement and conversion opportunities

Campaign Operations & Deliverability

Maintain audience lists and customer data used in marketing campaigns

Monitor campaign health, deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and engagement metrics

Support email infrastructure best practices, including list hygiene and sender reputation management

Help troubleshoot campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

Analytics & Optimization

Track and report campaign performance metrics

Analyze results and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates

Participate in ongoing A/B testing and campaign optimization efforts

Help measure ROI and overall effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or related digital marketing roles

Experience building and executing email and/or SMS campaigns

Strong understanding of campaign testing, segmentation, and performance optimization

Comfortable working with marketing data and reporting metrics

Strong attention to detail and project management skills

Self‑starter who enjoys a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment

Ability to be on‑site at least 1 day/week in Edison, NJ
