Pay Transparency
The anticipated starting salary range is $50,000 to $55,000 per year, determined by education, experience, skills, location, and internal and external equity.

Overview
This role is for a high‑caliber marketing professional with significant success in digital campaign management in a growing, fast‑paced business. The Digital Campaign Manager will manage the successful implementation of campaign activities for several assigned markets, focusing on post‑sales fulfillment, gathering assets, launching campaigns across display, email, social media, SEM, SEO, and more. Responsibilities also include optimizing campaigns, monitoring performance data, and communicating results to clients on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Own the post‑sale process and ensure complete delivery of all digital campaigns, including order entry, fulfillment, optimization, and reporting.

Work with sales teams and digital clients to support their needs and communicate client expectations to fulfillment and trafficking teams.

Manage multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously, tracking timelines and deliverables.

Ensure campaigns move through fulfillment between teams while meeting necessary timelines.

Monitor campaigns to confirm they hit agreed goals, adjust as needed, and alert stakeholders of problems with suggested solutions.

Assist with campaign/order reconciliation to verify delivery against monthly billing amount.

Maintain knowledge of digital inventory and internal systems for timely response to requests.

Prepare performance reports at month end or campaign end and provide results to the client with the Account Executive.

Communicate professionally and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure client campaign execution and performance meets or exceeds standards.

Qualifications

Minimum two years experience managing digital marketing campaigns.

Minimum two years experience working in a sales environment.

Ability to multitask efficiently in an organized, logical, process‑oriented manner.

Professional demeanor and comfort presenting to and interacting directly with clients.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various teams across the company.

Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to prioritize accordingly.

Quick‑witted, solution‑oriented, and understanding of related responsibilities.
