Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Social Media Manager based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media marketing campaigns, create tailored content strategies, and optimize accounts through Social Media Optimization (SMO). Daily tasks include managing content creation, overseeing posts across channels, and analysing performance metrics to refine strategies. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences

Experience in creating and implementing strategic content strategies

Excellent writing skills for crafting compelling and engaging content

Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret performance data

Familiarity with current social media trends and platform algorithms

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus
