Communications Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Associate to support AMG’s corporate communications, investor relations, and reporting activities. This role sits at the intersection of corporate messaging, operational execution, financial reporting cycles, and strategic communications. The ideal candidate is a strong executor with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output across investor materials, press communications, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities Investor Relations & Market Updates Maintain and update weekly metal price materials and support internal and external reporting needs
Manage metal price data and databases used in investor presentations and analysis
Support ad hoc requests for market data, industry insights, and presentation materials
Earnings & Financial Communications Prepare draft earnings press releases and investor presentations based on prior materials
Coordinate inputs across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and business units
Support development of key product and financial materials for investor use
Assist in logistics and preparation for quarterly earnings calls
Press Releases & External Communications Support drafting and distribution of press releases, including coordination with external platforms
Maintain a forward-looking calendar of recurring announcements and prepare drafts in advance
Annual Report & ESG Reporting Coordinate timelines and inputs for the Annual Report across corporate functions and business units
Track submissions, follow up with contributors, and support editing and content integration
Assist with production, formatting, and quality assurance of reporting materials
Support ESG-related publications, including sustainability reports and corporate content
Digital & Website Management Maintain and update website content, including media coverage and corporate information
Conduct periodic audits of business unit websites to ensure consistency and accuracy
Develop proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) to support updates
Social Media & Internal Communications Review and approve social media content in coordination with business units
Support corporate social media initiatives, including LinkedIn content
Maintain internal communication platforms and databases
Assist with development of employee advocacy and Ambassador program
General Communications Support Assist in preparation of presentations for senior leadership, conferences, and roadshows
Support internal reporting cycles and recurring management presentations
Contribute to media monitoring and executive communications materials
Provide ad hoc support across corporate communications and investor relations activities
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, investor relations, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with content management systems is a plus
Interest in financial markets, corporate reporting, and industrial sectors preferred
Required Skills Proactive and reliable with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working across functions and with senior stakeholders
Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
