We're fast growing and looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to own and elevate our marketing presence across channels. You'll shape campaigns that reach dental professionals and labs, drive meaningful leads, and partner closely with Sales to fuel revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Design and execute multi-channel lead generation programs — paid ads, email campaigns, webinars, and more

Partner with Sales to build collateral that shortens the deal cycle and wins customers

Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows, using analytics to continuously improve conversion rates

Campaign Management

Plan and run digital campaigns across social media, email, paid search, and SEO — targeting dental professionals and labs

Own video creative strategy from concept through production and distribution

Commission and oversee content creation: website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and social posts

Track campaign performance rigorously and adapt tactics to maximize ROI

Events & Industry Partnerships

Coordinate LuxCreo's presence at conferences, trade shows, and virtual events

Cultivate relationships with dental industry influencers, KOLs, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach

What We're Looking For
Experience

B2B or high-value consumer marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on digital marketing

Background in dental, medical, or 3D printing industries is a strong plus

Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns, and expertise in content marketing preferred

Hands-on with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social advertising, and content strategy

Fluency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent

Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives

Analytical mindset using data to inform decisions

Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success

A fast learner who gets excited about new industries and technologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
