Business Development Manager / Agent (Scandinavia) – GSM / Telecom & Consumer Electronics

About the role:
Maxcom S.A., a leading European manufacturer of mobile phones and consumer electronics, is expanding its footprint across Scandinavia.
We are looking for a commercially driven professional or business development partner with strong GSM / telecom market expertise to drive growth, build a pipeline, and expand our presence across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
This role offers flexibility — including full-time, part-time, or cooperation with a specialized BD agency .
Your Key Focus
Develop new business with telco operators, distributors, and retail channels
Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
Expand market presence and identify the best route-to-market in each country
Drive partnerships and commercial discussions across the region
Represent Maxcom locally and support strategic account development
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & New Customers
Drive expansion through new clients, channels, and partnerships
Identify and win B2B opportunities in GSM / telecom ecosystem / CE market
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Key Account Development
Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic partners
Act as a trusted commercial representative and brand ambassador
Support negotiations and account growth
Market Development & Execution
Identify optimal go-to-market models per country
Support expansion across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark
Coordinate local activities with HQ
Represent Maxcom at key meetings and industry events
Provide market insights and growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with HQ on strategy and pricing
Requirements
Proven experience and network in Telecom (GSM), Mobile, and Consumer Electronics markets in Scandinavia
Strong background in business development, sales, or key account management
Active relationships with operators, distributors, retailers, or channel partners
Ability to work independently in a flexible cooperation model
Strong command of English and local languages
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Willingness to travel within the region
