Overview
Chick‑fil‑A’s internal Content Design & Production Team is seeking a highly motivated Video Producer/Editor to develop world‑class multimedia content for our Staff, Operators, and Team Members. It includes behind‑the‑camera and cut‑room roles, creating cinematic content across learning, communications, community impact, events, and branding.

Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end development of world‑class multimedia content, translating complex strategies into clear, cinematic narratives for internal Chick‑fil‑A audiences.

Plan, shoot, and direct high‑quality video and audio content, managing projects from lean, fast‑turn productions to large‑scale, multi‑cam productions.

Execute dynamic video editing, motion graphics, and audio mixing, ensuring final assets comply with Chick‑fil‑A Visual Identity Standards and brand guidelines.

Oversee the entire production lifecycle, including timeline development, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery.

Manage external agencies and production partners, including onboarding, SOW management, and onsite logistics such as location scouting and permitting.

Consult with internal clients and creative partners (writers, designers, etc.) to incorporate feedback into actionable creative solutions that meet business objectives.

Prototype creative solutions using emerging AI tools to streamline production workflows and stay current with industry best practices.

Act as a guardian of the Chick‑fil‑A culture, ensuring all content reflects the brand’s commitment to being the world’s most caring company.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

5 years working with a creative team as a video producer/editor.

Relevant experience in video production, editing, or a related field.

Portfolio showcasing editing range, motion graphics capability, and self‑shot content.

Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Strong knowledge and relevant experience working with cinema cameras such as Sony FX6, FX9, Blackmagic, and other DSLR bodies.

Fluency with lensing, production lighting, and audio needs for various interview setups.

Experience with compositing, motion graphics, titles, and other video design assets.

Experience with audio mixing tools.

Current industry knowledge and understanding of multimedia production processes, platforms, and best practices.

Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines and Visual Identity Standards.

Basic understanding of AI video creation tools such as Synthesia, Veo 3, Sora, Vyond, etc.

Working knowledge of AI design and production tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

Experience with additional editing platforms (DaVinci Resolve, Avid) or specialized audio mixing tools.

Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate creative concepts and pitch new ideas to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, matrixed corporate environment.

Familiarity with generative AI design and production tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney) to enhance creative workflows.
