Under the direction of GDPU PSA, Artork and ePI, this position will develop pharmaceutical product labeling artwork in accordance with government agency regulations for the U.S. & Canada.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative solutions for continuous process improvement
Help support artwork transformation
Maintain a high level of file management and computer systems
Read and interpret packaging component specification drawings
Apply knowledge of GMP regulations
Maintain an electronic library containing artwork files for product components and product prescribing information
Provide total technical support of the MAC systems and expertise in graphic arts design, functionality, and electronic issues
Prepare artwork according to the requirements of multiple sites (domestic/international) consistent with site or vendor print production needs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design
3+ years of hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical environment packaging artwork within a regulated environment
Strong technical knowledge of FDA labeling regulations, GMP standards, and MAC‑based production systems
Technical Skills
Experience and knowledge of production pharmaceutical packaging, printing technology, drug labeling regulations, electronic art preparation, and computer skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements on labeling
Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple high‑priority projects in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to deadlines
Strong experience in Adobe Suite Software including Illustrator
Soft Skills
Detail oriented, stressing accuracy and high level of deliverables
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate cross‑functional, both verbally and written
Results driven. Customer/quality focused. Must be a team player
Pro‑active involvement in solving and troubleshooting artwork development issues
Excellent problem‑solving skills, especially with complex, multi‑variable problems
