Overview Job Title: Social Media & Content Producer
Reports to: Operations Manager
JSAW is building a movement in action sports culture—helping riders find community, purpose, and faith. We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Producer to help tell the stories coming out of JSAW and grow our online presence. This role will lead content production and social media execution by capturing photo and video content, creating engaging posts and short-form videos, and helping build consistent communication across our platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands action sports culture, and is excited about JSAW’s mission of making riders into disciples.
Pay & Hours $15-25/hour based on experience
Responsibilities Capture photo and video content at sessions, events, small groups, camps, and outreach activities
Film rider stories, testimonials, ministry highlights, and behind-the-scenes content
Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Edit and deliver 3–5 pieces of content per week, including Reels, Shorts, and photo posts
Film and edit weekly Bible study videos for YouTube (5-minute format)
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, events, and ministry goals
Optimize content for engagement and retention through strong hooks, pacing, titles, and thumbnails
Turn one shoot into multiple pieces of content using repeatable systems and formats
Monitor social media channels and engage with followers through comments and messages
Analyze content and platform performance to improve growth and engagement
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications Experience creating and editing photo/video content for social media
Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form content platforms
Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software
Strong storyteller with an understanding of engaging social content
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
Organized, reliable, and able to maintain a consistent production rhythm
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Some graphic design experience preferred
Passion for action sports culture and youth ministry
Authentic faith in Christ and alignment with JSAW’s mission of making riders into disciples
