Position Overview
EFO Media is seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Multimedia Content Creator to join our team.

This role is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing visual content that supports a wide variety of client campaigns and initiatives. From physician interviews and community events to social media campaigns, documentaries, testimonials, photography, and promotional content, this position plays a key role in helping clients tell meaningful stories that inform, inspire, and engage audiences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing projects from concept through final delivery, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is equally capable behind the camera, in the editing suite, and working directly with clients, community members, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute video and photo shoots in studio and on location

Capture high-quality video, photography, audio, interviews, b-roll, and event coverage

Edit content for social media, digital advertising, websites, presentations, broadcast, and other marketing channels

Produce short‑form and long‑form content optimized for a variety of platforms

Collaborate with account managers, designers, strategists, and clients to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists

Conduct and direct interviews with clients, community members, subject matter experts, and organizational leaders

Manage cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment to ensure professional‑quality deliverables

Create basic motion graphics, titles, and visual enhancements as needed

Organize, archive, and maintain project files and content assets

Assist with content planning and creative brainstorming sessions

Stay informed on emerging content trends, platform best practices, and evolving digital formats

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in videography, photography, content production, or a related field

Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, shooting, editing, and content creation capabilities

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Lightroom preferred

Experience operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, and visual storytelling principles

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Comfortable interacting directly with clients, interview subjects, and stakeholders

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Take ownership of projects, equipment, and deliverables from start to finish

Additional Requirements

Must be available for occasional evening and weekend assignments

Must be willing to travel throughout the Borderland region for shoots and client events

Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including hospitals, construction sites, schools, outdoor events, corporate offices, and community settings

Ability to lift, carry, and transport production equipment as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with drone videography (FAA Part 107 certification preferred)

Photography experience

Motion graphics and animation skills

Experience creating content for social media campaigns

Experience working with healthcare, nonprofit, government, education, or community‑focused organizations
