Freelance Graphic Designer (Junior role)

Join a dynamic luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand as a Freelance Graphic Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the visual identity across all brand touchpoints. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead creative execution for product launches, marketing campaigns, packaging, in-store experiences, and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams, operating independently to deliver polished, production-ready work that aligns with the brand’s vision. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio in luxury, beauty, or consumer product branding, demonstrating expertise in brand identity, packaging, and multi-channel campaigns. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Deliverables

Develop and execute creative concepts for product launches, packaging, and marketing campaigns

Design packaging, labels, and in-store marketing materials that reflect luxury brand standards

Create digital content for social media, email, and web platforms

Produce print-ready assets for promotional and retail materials

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling

Contribute to product launch creative and multi-channel campaign development

Provide motion graphics or video content as needed

Requirements

Proven experience in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or consumer product branding

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging design, and marketing creative

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Experience with motion graphics, video content, and digital design tools is a plus

Excellent visual branding, typography, and multi-channel campaign skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Strong communication and organizational skills

Fully remote; must be able to collaborate effectively with distributed teams
