Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Role Description
Fred Milton State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient individual to assist customers with their insurance needs. Candidates will answer phones, assist customers with bill pay and filing claims.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Communicate efficiently with customers.

Will work with agent/owner to promote business growth.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.

Sales experience is a plus.

Must obtain Property and Casualty; Life/Health Licenses within 6‑8 weeks of hire date (agent will assist with the process).
