We’re working with a major international consumer brand that has recently acquired and launched a significant US platform — and is now entering the next phase of aggressive growth, transformation and commercial optimisation.

The opportunity?
To become one of the people shaping how the US business actually operates commercially over the next 3–5 years.

This role sits right at the centre of:

pricing strategy

revenue growth

commercial performance

expansion planning

trading and yield optimisation

The business already has a highly sophisticated international commercial model.

Now they need somebody who can help localise, operationalise and evolve that for the US market.

You’ll own:

variable pricing strategy

promotional optimisation

pricing experimentation

launch and refurb commercial strategy

competitor response initiatives

This is NOT a polished corporate environment.

It’s fast-moving, collaborative, evolving and commercially ambitious.

The successful person will likely come from:

subscription/DTC businesses

Most importantly, we’re looking for somebody who is:

intellectually sharp

commercially curious

highly ambitious

operationally hands-on

comfortable with ambiguity

excited by ownership
