We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven marketing leader to join our team as Relationship Manager at our Surprise Koelsch Communities, including The Park at Surprise, Solana at The Park, and Rock Creek at The Park.

Starting at $80,000 annually! Full‑time, salaried position. Leadership opportunity.

You enjoy building thriving relationships with civic leaders, local influencers, referral partners, healthcare and senior living providers, artists and cultural institutions, faith leaders, and many others in the local area.

You think outside of the box in bringing different professionals and organizations together to solve problems and help one another help families and older adults.

You are energized by driving interest and inquiries for the Koelsch campuses in your area and strategically promoting consistent, quick follow up with families and professionals who reach out to our communities, including quick turnaround assessments in hospitals and other healthcare settings.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain constant contact with key influencers and local resources within the professional market

Establish and build relationships through networking opportunities

Provide service to the local areas through educational presentations by utilizing other Koelsch team members and attendance at other special events

Strategize and be creative in suggesting new marketing ideas and development of new and existing referral relationships

Provide immediate follow-up on all healthcare referral leads and contacts

Coordinate with each community sales team to plan and carry out short‑ and long‑term goals

Regularly, as schedule and location allow, join residents as an escort to physician or ER visits, leveraging the opportunity to build trust with physician, hospital, and care staff

Assist the Executive Director and Director of Nursing in quickly assembling the healthcare partners and tools necessary to help hospitals quickly discharge our residents back to us

Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to problem‑solve, resolve conflicts and make decisions with sound reasoning, good judgment, and critical thinking skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to time‑manage tasks and work with little direct supervision

Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personal, and support agencies

Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the community
