DoD Proposals Manager | Hybrid (McLean/VA or Hanover/MD)

By Light Professional IT Services is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for complex DoD and Federal pursuits. This hybrid role requires at least two days a week onsite in McLean, VA or Hanover, MD.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proposal management experience, a strong understanding of compliance best practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Word. Additional knowledge in IT and cybersecurity proposals is preferred.
