Program Manager—District Support, Professional Learning, & Curriculum

About the Role

We\'re hiring a Program Manager to lead district-facing support through the design, coordination, and scaling of high-quality professional learning and instructional resources. This role builds strong partnerships with school systems to strengthen instructional practice, align curriculum to standards, and increase educator capacity across PK–20 environments. While this role carries a content emphasis in computer science and mathematics, its primary focus is advancing systemic instructional improvement through district partnership.
This is a full-time, primarily in-person position with 40 hours of monthly remote flexibility, reporting to the Senior Program Manager. No supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver sustained, high-quality professional learning aligned to district, partner, and TRSA goals
Build professional learning pathways that develop educator capacity over time and differentiate for educators, coaches, and administrators
Support districts in selecting, adapting, and implementing high-quality instructional materials
Serve as a primary point of contact for partner districts — conduct needs assessments, co-design professional learning plans, and provide ongoing coaching and implementation support
Align TRSA resources to district instructional priorities and ensure materials support equitable, standards-aligned instruction
Provide subject-matter expertise in computer science and mathematics to support curriculum and professional learning
Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or 3+ years of experience in STEM education, curriculum development, and professional development design and delivery
Familiarity with grant writing or grant support
Proficiency with technology, including Google Suite(or equivalent), and project management software
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel locally (1+ trips/week); occasional overnight travel (fewer than 3 nights/year)
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in a STEM-related field or Education
5+ years of experience in education, curriculum design, and professional development
Previous industry experience in a STEM-related field
Starting salary: $50,000–$55,000 (full range up to $65,000 based on experience).
