Sr. Digital Designer

- Revelyst Golf Technology team. Revelyst Golf Technology consists of Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, and Golf Logix. In this role you will shape the visual identity of our digital products and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user experience across all touchpoints. This position requires a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, storytelling, and hands‑on design execution skills.

This position reports to the

Director, Creative Design

and is currently based in San Diego but will relocate to our new state-of-the-art Golf Technology headquarters in

Carlsbad, CA . The relocation will roll out in phases across 2026, beginning with initial team moves in

June

and continuing throughout the year.

As Sr. Digital Designer, you will have an opportunity to:

Oversee the development of digital graphic content assets for online advertising, websites, social media, trade shows, customer sales materials, and proprietary software.

Develop digital assets from conception to final production under defined deadlines, managing both internal design team members (e.g., junior designers) and external content & service providers.

Prepare and deliver approved files for production or oversee the preparation by junior team members.

Proof documents, guides, manuals, email blasts, etc.

Manage all produced digital assets according to departmental and company standards.

Mentor junior design team members as needed.

Participate in team or individual initiatives to improve standards and procedures.

Establish and maintain an effective file‑archiving process to manage a large inventory of digital artwork, including file naming conventions and access controls.

You Have:

3+ years of design experience in a similar role.

Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Skill in managing internal and external design resources according to established project goals and deadlines.

Effective communication skills.

Strong multitasking ability while producing accurate, high‑quality work within specified deadlines.

Strong collaboration skills with colleagues and other departments.

High degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

You Might Have:

In‑depth familiarity with golf and golf technology such as launch monitors and simulators.

Experience in content production and social media management.

Experience in gaming, hardware, or software.

Pay Range
Annual Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00

The actual annual salary offered will be based on experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
