Role Description
The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships. This full-time, on-site position is based in Evansville, IN. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business plans, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role also involves market analysis, networking, and representing Home Instead in community and industry events.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiations, and Networking
Expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
Capability in Market Analysis, Identifying Growth Opportunities, and Market Trends
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Organizational Skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant business software
Proven experience in managing and achieving sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Knowledge of the home care or healthcare industry is a strong advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed
