We are growing our Finance & Accounting team in Grand Rapids and hiring a Talent Manager. In this role, you will drive business growth by connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities, while partnering closely with both candidates and clients. This is a full-desk role combining recruiting and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
Partner with internal teams to understand client hiring needs
Submit candidates with market insight and hiring recommendations
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Guide candidates through the full hiring process, including offer negotiation
Support onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment steps
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Stay current on market trends and sourcing strategies
Sales & Business Development
Develop new client relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct client meetings to present Kforce solutions
Prepare and deliver staffing proposals
Manage the full placement lifecycle with internal partners
Maintain and expand existing client relationships
Drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth
Stay informed on staffing trends and recommend growth strategies
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in: Staffing / recruiting, or Professional sales, or Accounting
Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong research and sourcing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new technology quickly

Base Salary: $60,000 – $77,000 PLUS Uncapped monthly commissions based on performance metrics
17 days PTO (increasing with tenure)
