Social & Community Partnerships Coordinator
who gets that, and wants to help bring it to life across social channels, creator partnerships, and community activations.
What You Get to Do
Own and manage the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other key platforms — maintaining a consistent cadence across brands
Schedule and publish content aligned with brand, product, seasonal priorities, and campaign moments
Monitor channels, engage with audiences, and flag trends or conversations worth joining
Create original social content — copy, graphics direction, and short-form video — to complement creator-sourced content
Brief creators on content needs and track delivery against timelines and brand standards
Source, recruit, and manage a pipeline of creators and ambassadors at different stages of growth, prioritizing long-term relationships over one-off transactions
Own day-to-day communication, deliverables, and performance management across the creator and ambassador network
Build genuine relationships with creators, ambassadors, and customers; help coordinate in-person community moments including events, rides, and activations
Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Brand, Partnerships, and Merchandising to integrate creators into campaigns in ways that feel authentic and culturally relevant
Track engagement, reach, creator output, and follower growth; compile performance reports to inform sourcing and content decisions and stay current on emerging platforms and trends
What You Bring
3–5 years in social media, influencer marketing, community, or brand partnerships
Hands-on content creation experience — copy, short-form video, or visual storytelling — not just managing others who do
Proven ability to source, manage, and grow creator and ambassador relationships
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; comfort with scheduling and analytics tools
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships, workstreams, and brands simultaneously
Comfortable moving between hands-on creation and big-picture coordination
Background in outdoor, sports, cycling, lifestyle, or culturally-driven brands preferred
You're scrappy and resourceful — you create impact without massive budgets
You're culturally fluent in outdoor, cycling, and creator ecosystems
You care about progression in sport, storytelling, and people
