The Role
We are seeking a

hands‑on Graphic Designer

who is well versed in

AI‑powered concepting

and can seamlessly translate AI‑generated ideas into high‑quality, traditional design outputs. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast‑paced, brand‑forward environments and enjoys experimenting with new tools while maintaining strong design fundamentals.

This is a highly collaborative, in‑office role working closely with marketing, brand, and creative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Rapidly generate creative concepts using AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, etc.)

Translate AI‑generated concepts into polished, production‑ready designs

Design and execute assets across print and digital channels, including:

Packaging concepts and refinements

Brand and campaign materials

Marketing and sales collateral

Social and digital content

Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards

Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining attention to detail

Stay current on emerging AI design tools and workflows, recommending improvements as appropriate

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in a hands‑on, studio‑style environment

Qualifications

Graphic design experience, preferably within CPG, spirits, luxury, or lifestyle brands

Strong proficiency in traditional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Demonstrated experience using AI tools for creative concepting and ideation

Ability to take abstract or AI‑generated concepts and refine them into cohesive, brand‑ready designs

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and executed design work

Comfortable working onsite four days per week in New Jersey

Self‑starter with strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience in spirits, beverage alcohol, or premium consumer brands

Familiarity with packaging design and production processes
