The Opportunity

We're helping our client find a

Web Designer

who knows how to create websites that don't just look good; they feel modern, intentional, and impossible to ignore. This role is ideal for a visual-first designer with exceptional taste, deep Figma expertise, and the ability to push creative work beyond predictable layouts and trends.
As a

Web Designer , you'll leverage your strong design and technical skills to develop internal corporate brands and supporting materials, including brochures, posters, postcards, websites, email campaigns, and interactive digital experiences. You'll collaborate with a talented team to create strategic, innovative work from concept through production.
The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and highly creative. Your portfolio should showcase beautifully crafted marketing websites, brand experiences, campaign landing pages, and digital storytelling that demonstrate originality, range, and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Design visually compelling websites and digital experiences using Figma
Create original concepts that go beyond templates, trends, and conventional solutions
Translate brand strategy into elevated, modern web experiences
Develop layouts, design systems, interactions, and responsive design concepts
Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and developers
Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams
Balance strong visual aesthetics with usability and performance best practices
Stay current on digital design trends, motion design, typography, and emerging web experiences
Requirements

3-5 years of professional web design experience
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end website design work
Exceptional typography, layout, and visual design skills
Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
Ability to think conceptually and push creative boundaries
Experience designing for brands, campaigns, and marketing-focused websites
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Motion design, animation, or creative development experience is a plus
This is a full-time role working onsite in Dallas, TX and comes with salary, bonus potential, 401(k), generous time off, and eligibility to enroll in full medical benefits.
