High Net Worth | Personal Lines | New York Metro Area
Our client is a well-established, boutique insurance agency operating exclusively in the High Net Worth personal lines space. With a strong reputation for delivering white-glove service to affluent individuals and families, they are seeking a seasoned Private Client Account Executive to join their growing team in a newly expanded, in-person office environment.
Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 base salary | Quarterly & Annual Growth Bonuses
The Opportunity
Working in close partnership with the agency principal, the Private Client Account Executive will manage and grow a sophisticated HNW book of business. This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and genuinely understands the nuanced needs of high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an assigned High Net Worth book of business with exceptional attention to detail
- Prepare and present new business and renewal submissions including marketing, rating, proposals, applications, and binders through to policy issuance
- Conduct thorough, high-level client renewal reviews to support retention and coverage optimization
- Create applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, BOR forms, certificates, Evidence of Property, and Auto ID cards
- Stay current on HNW market trends, product developments, coverage updates, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with and provide support to Private Client Advisor colleagues as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated High Net Worth personal lines experience (required)
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing — NY required
- Hands-on experience with leading HNW carriers including Berkley One, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG/PCS, PURE, and Vault
- Familiarity with wholesale brokers and E&S placement for hard-to-place risks
- Proficiency with AMS360 agency management system is a strong asset
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with a polished, professional approach
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools including AI-assisted technologies
- Genuine commitment to client service excellence and continuous professional development
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $95,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
