As we expand our footprint through key retail partnerships like Sephora North America, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help bring the brand to life across all consumer touchpoints and elevate its visual presence across channels.

Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer is a key member of the creative team, reporting to the Head of Creative. This role is responsible for executing and elevating the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, product launches, digital, retail, e-commerce, and packaging. The Senior Graphic Designer brings a strong design sensibility and hands-on executional excellence, helping ensure the brand remains visually cohesive, elevated, and culturally relevant.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes meaningfully to the development of campaign concepts, visual systems, and content creation. While not a formal leadership role, this position is expected to bring senior-level craft, strong creative judgment, and the ability to independently own projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality, design-forward creative across campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual language toward a more elevated, aspirational, and culturally relevant expression
  • Bring a strong design perspective that elevates typography, layout, imagery, and visual storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Partner closely with the Head of Creative and broader team to support the development and execution of brand campaigns and design systems
  • Own design projects from concept through final execution, ensuring a high level of craft and attention to detail
  • Support the creation and refinement of visual assets across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and packaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and external partners to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards
  • Participate in concepting and art direction for photoshoots and video content, contributing strong visual ideas and references
  • Maintain consistency and excellence across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Stay informed on design, fashion, and cultural trends, bringing inspiration and fresh ideas into the creative process
  • Provide informal mentorship and support to junior designers when needed, helping elevate overall team output

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
  • 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative production roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand expression
  • Experience working across integrated campaigns, digital, social, e-commerce, and print/packaging design
  • Understanding of brand systems and how to maintain visual consistency across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to take projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
  • Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong eye for photography, composition, and visual detail; familiarity with motion and content production is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining high design standards
  • Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or luxury consumer brands is a plus

The expected base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee perks/discounts.
