About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager combines analytical thinking with creative execution and has experience managing omnichannel consumer product campaigns.
Responsibilities
Product Launch & Campaign Strategy
Work closely with agency partners to lead digital marketing strategy and execution across online channels, including Google, Meta, programmatic, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube.
Develop integrated campaigns through paid media, email, social, influencer partnerships, SEO/SEM, and more.
Coordinate launch calendars, promotional timelines, and digital assets with internal teams and external agencies.
Performance Marketing
Collaborate with agency partners to optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and revenue growth.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on KPIs and customer insights to improve targeting, messaging, and performance continuously.
Content & Social Media
Oversee digital content strategy, including video development/editing, product education, testimonials, customer and consumer websites, and social media.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop product materials and ongoing promotional content.
Monitor social engagement, customer sentiment, competitive activity, and ORM.
Develop and manage SEO-driven blog content strategies by analyzing keyword trends, search performance, and competitive insights to create engaging, high-performing content.
E-commerce Support
Partner with the e-commerce/retail sales team to drive conversion on the company website as well as other retail websites and marketplaces.
Support digital promotions, product listings, partner onboarding, reconciliation, and optimizations.
Manage business customer online ordering portals and support EDI activity.
Report on e-commerce performance and campaigns.
Perform additional duties and projects assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in consumer products, appliances, luxury goods, or e-commerce.
Proven success in managing omnichannel campaigns.
Strong experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Experience with retail partners and online marketplaces preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, EDI, and retail analytics tools; HubSpot certification a plus.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate programs preferred.
Understanding of consumer behavior in home appliances or luxury goods preferred.
Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce preferred.
Physical Requirements
On-site role in a manufacturing environment, with a mix of office and production floor work.
May occasionally lift or move boxes of materials up to 25–30 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
