Planning for North America adidas is a fast-paced team that connects merchandising decisions with financial objectives. We help build eCommerce category sales and buy plans, support promotional planning and inventory decisions. Key partners in understanding business performance, Planning helps drive sales and profit in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Participate in all aspects of eCommerce Planning, including pre-planning future season strategies and assortments, managing in-season forecasts, tracking results and hindsighting key timeframes and events.

Partner with buyers to analyze to make forward looking recommendations and decisions based on current market conditions, competitive landscape, and historical data.

Help make data driven decisions on Merchandising and Planning, analyzing data, pulling reports, and presenting data.

Gain general knowledge of eCom Planning and Buying processes, and Direct to Consumer (DTC) business operations.

Build and leverage relationships with cross functional teams externally and internally, across Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Analytics

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends, preferably within sports apparel and footwear market. Understanding of eCommerce environment is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Experience in excel a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University

Anticipated graduation date is between December 2026 and August 2027

Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.

Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2026
