Role Overview
The Studio Sample Coordinator is responsible for the accurate intake, tracking, organization, and movement of product samples throughout the studio production lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring samples are properly prepared, assigned, and available to support daily photo studio operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming samples and ensure accurate system entry at all required workflow stages

Maintain real time tracking of sample status, ensuring data accuracy and visibility

Organize and manage sample storage using established filing systems and standards

Partner with styling and studio teams to ensure samples are properly prepared and available for shoots

Perform quality control checks to verify sample details, labeling, and grouping accuracy

Monitor and resolve discrepancies such as missing scans, incorrect assignments, or unaccounted samples

Support prioritization of samples based on business needs, including high-priority or aged inventory

Manage post-shoot sample processing, including rescanning, verification, and reintegration to pass to studio

Maintain readiness of samples for reshoots or additional production needs

Contribute to reporting processes and support inventory visibility initiatives

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Basic computer proficiency; experience with inventory or tracking systems preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Work Environment

Fast-paced studio and warehouse environment

Early morning shifts may be required

Frequent standing, walking, and handling of physical samples
