As a Frontend Developer specializing in React, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI systems by developing responsive web applications that enhance how models learn and perform. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality, real-world input that drives AI advancements, with no prior experience in AI required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Translate wireframes and visual designs into interactive and accessible interfaces.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Contribute to code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend trends and advocate for continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Expert level of hands-on experience developing web applications with React.js and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain responsive, user-centric interfaces.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and browser compatibility techniques.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in remote, distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular).
  • Experience with state management libraries and frontend testing frameworks.
  • Background in building accessible web applications.
