Job Summary
This position leads the strategic direction and operational execution of retail sales, ensuring alignment with corporate business strategy and driving performance, partnership development, and high‑caliber team building.
Responsibilities
- Direct strategic sales planning and execution to surpass retail store performance and profitability targets
- Orchestrate national sales efforts, ensuring alignment of the Retail Sales team with corporate sales objectives
- Lead the development of sales tactics to consistently achieve or exceed targets across a diverse product and service portfolio
- Facilitate best‑practice sharing and recognition programs through sales team meetings and conference calls
- Train Territory Managers on new product launches and corporate marketing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness
- Forge and cultivate partnerships with national retail chains to optimize sales processes and integration of Retail Sales Representatives
- Synchronize efforts with local market leaders to maintain coherence with broader market goals and initiatives
- Assess team and individual performance metrics, institute development plans, and strategically manage customer retention
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance and be willing to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred; extensive related experience may be considered)
Relevant Work Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership and strategic account management

Salary
Primary Location Pay Range: $141,510.50 – $212,265.76
Additional Range (Maryland): $141,510.50 – $232,481.54
Selected candidates will receive base pay within the stated range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience.
