Lead Video Editor
Primary Function:

The Lead Video Editor is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end visual storytelling from script to final cut, ensuring a cohesive, high‑quality narrative across all video content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Generate and provide various illustrative, animated, and still graphics solutions for all editorial content.

Deliver high‑end graphics solutions, including VRs, ARs, and complex animated, composited, and motion design creative solutions.

Supervise the execution of graphics on all MBN‑produced content; provide solutions, guidance, and assistance to MBN staff in matters related to graphics, brand, and visuals.

Maintain the graphic identity of MBN.

Create graphic packages and kits for all verticals.

Work with the editorial team and vertical heads on conceptualizing/brainstorming graphics and branding solutions.

Present storyboards, ideas, and concepts that encompass the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

Keep current on the latest developments in the field and be involved with design organizations.

Guide and direct creative filming and photoshoots for branding and promotional needs of MBN.

Research stock photography, illustration, sound or video‑clips as needed.

Other Duties
Perform additional job‑related duties and take on new responsibilities as needed based on organizational requirements and circumstances.

Qualifications and Requirements

A degree in Fine Arts, motion graphics, design, multimedia, or equivalent education or experience is sought; 3‑5 years of experience is required.

Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Arabic; candidates will produce graphics work in Arabic.

Expert knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D software.

Ability to conceptualize, design, develop and animate multiple types of projects.

Capability to perform and complete complex graphics and branding exercises from concept until delivery.

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; must communicate effectively across departments and manage clients and work deliverables.

Excellent eye for motion, form and color; familiar with both Mac and PC.
