Responsibilities include project delivery, liaison with Dutch authorities (EZK – I&W – Tweede Kamer), business development teams, and legal/regulatory processes.
Qualifications
- 12+ years’ experience in energy (any sector: Oil, Gas, Renewables, Green, solar, wind, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Energy project delivery & development.
- Energy sales power purchase contracts.
- Negotiation of sales, power‑purchase agreements, and supplier contracts.
- Energy legal/regulatory processes – local permitting, environmental impact assessments, interconnection agreements, land optioning, etc.
- Lead energy business development teams and manage legal/regulatory processes.
- Interact with Dutch authorities: EZK – Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat, I&W – Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat, and Tweede Kamer.
- Based in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
