Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Product Director for the TREMFYA GI line in Gastroenterology, focusing on Crohn’s disease & ulcerative colitis.
About the Role
The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director and lead Professional Promotion activities. Responsibilities include shaping strategy to maximize competitive differentiation, developing core assets for field teams, and supporting launch brand success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Group Product Director to identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiation across the IBD landscape.
- Lead the development of core asset updates for the field teams, including Interactive Visual Aids (ICVAs) and websites.
- Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders—CAC, Medical Affairs, Strategic Insights & Analytics—and agency partners to develop and approve assets.
- Work with the Learning Excellence team to create and deliver field learning plans ensuring readiness for new data and asset rollouts.
Qualifications
Education: B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant business experience, with at least 3 years of progressive experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
- Creative, action‑oriented, and analytically strong with excellent business insight.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating across marketing, cross‑functional teams, and external agencies.
- Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with infusion biologics and subcutaneous injected biologics is helpful.

- Deep understanding of the English language to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Position may require up to 30% domestic travel.
