Job Description:
Lead pilots for emerging AI modalities (video, voice, music, digital replicas), evaluating impact through cost, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Manage third-party agency partnerships, overseeing pilot intake, tracking, and performance validation.
Drive successful AI workflow adoption by transitioning proven pilots into scalable business-as-usual operations.
Assess and compare first-party and third-party AI tools to identify the best solutions for automated creative production workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to integrate new AI modalities into marketing creative production platforms.
Provide product feedback to engineering and product teams, influencing AI tool roadmaps and enhancements.
Develop training materials, guidelines, and best practices to enable teams on AI capabilities, compliance, and brand standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Min 6 years of program management experience in marketing, advertising, media, or creative fields, with broad knowledge of how technology impacts these landscapes.
Experience with generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and creative agencies to influence roadmaps and execute programs.
Ability to effectively disseminate information, sell ideas, and influence key stakeholders. xsgimln
