National Accounts Manager
Oversees activities in select national accounts/distributors, developing and executing strategies to achieve profitable growth across Master Fluid Solutions product lines in support of corporate objectives.

Utilizes market research to create strategic plans and budgets that meet sales, gross margin, and operating income targets, collaborating with Marketing to implement brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement national account strategies aligned with company growth, customer service, distribution, and representative networks.

Conduct research and establish strategic plans and budgets to achieve sales, gross margin, and operating income goals.

Work with Marketing to provide local market analysis and execute brand strategies.

Build at‑line relationships with Corporate headquarters, attend trade shows, and expand the company footprint.

Lead the sales team to meet year‑over‑year sales growth, account win targets, test start targets, and new opportunity funnel targets.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.

Five to seven years of sales and management experience in the local market.

Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to communicate and negotiate with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, analytical, and planning skills.

Proven record of customer service, people interaction, and leadership.

Self‑starter capable of working with limited supervision and building teams.

Willingness to travel 60‑75%, often overnight, and possible international travel.
