Account Executive

YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for supporting various account teams in the day-to-day management and execution of integrated communications campaigns for both local and international clients. Working closely with clients and the account teams, you will help to drive multiple projects and deliver client service excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development of integrated communications campaigns, working with account and expert teams.

Coordinate and execute communications projects, including media relations, influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, monitoring and reporting, etc.

Maintain relationships with target media and actively identify media opportunities for clients, including leveraging social media influencers and key opinion leaders to maximize campaign impact.

Coordinate creative projects working with the in-house creative team.

Support and deliver engaging content tailored to a diverse range of audiences and channels, from marketing and media materials to social media posts and employee communications.

Deliver activities in a timely and proactive manner under the direction of the team leaders, building client relationships and consistently delivering outstanding client service.

Assist the account team with administrative tasks.

Contribute to new ideas generation, brainstorms, and new business initiatives while integrating yourself into our strategic and creative processes, making your voice heard.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You hold a higher education degree in PR/Communications, Digital Communications/Marketing, along with a minimum of one year of prior work experience.

You actively consume media, both traditional as new, social media and demonstrate an outside-in mindset.

You have strong organization skills and show a high degree of flexibility. You can work under pressure and meet deadlines.

You are a team-player but can also work independently, managing your priorities, and time effectively while demonstrating initiative.

You are a problem solver, curious, result-driven, pro‑active and above all enthusiastic. You get the job done and want to be proud of what you’re doing!

You have gained an international and multi‑cultural exposure through your life, academic or work experience.

You have a good level of written and spoken English, French or Dutch.
