Communications & Employment Brand Specialist

Build the story behind a brand people already trust.

At Hall’s Culligan, we’ve been in the business of delivering better water—and better service—for generations. Our name is known, our reputation is strong, and our impact is real across the communities we serve.

But here’s the opportunity: We haven’t fully told that story when it comes to our people.

We’re looking for someone who can take the heart of our business—our teams, our culture, our day‑to‑day impact—and turn it into a compelling, consistent story that connects with both employees and future hires.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, recruiting, and internal culture. You’ll own how we show up—from social media to company‑wide communications—and make sure our message is clear, creative, and actually engaging.

What You’ll Own
Employment Branding (Your Core Focus)

Shape and evolve our employee value proposition—and bring it to life across everything we do

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (copy, graphics, short video) aligned with brand voice and organizational goals.

Partner with recruiting to ensure job ads, outreach, and candidate touchpoints actually reflect who we are

Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers and industry communities.

Track and report on social media performance metrics; use data to inform content strategy and cadence

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter

Experiment with new content formats, trends, and ideas—we don’t want safe, we want memorable

Corporate & Internal Communications

Own company‑wide messaging—from leadership updates to major announcements

Manage the Internal Sharepoint and perform monthly audits to ensure updated and relevant content

Build and maintain a communications calendar that keeps everyone informed and aligned

Collaborate with leadership and department heads to translate organizational priorities into clear, compelling narratives

Manage content for the company website and other owned digital channels

Support programs like referrals, new hire announcements, and leadership onboarding

Build a consistent drumbeat of communication—not just one‑off messages

Highlight employee wins, milestones, and culture moments in a way that feels real

What You Bring

A creative brain and the ability to execute (you don’t just ideate—you deliver)

Strong writing skills—you can shift tone from polished to conversational without losing clarity

Experience with social media, content creation, and storytelling

Comfort working across teams and influencing without authority

A bias for action—you try things, test, learn, and adjust quickly

Bonus: experience with design tools, video content, or web platforms, Microsoft 365 SharePoint

Why This Role Matters
If we do this right:

Employees feel more connected to the business

Candidates understand who we are before they even apply

Our brand becomes something people recognize—and want to be part of
