Description
Responsibilities include:

Timely, accurate set up of projects in BCMI according to team standards.

Monitoring in‑coming orders to ensure accurate project information, including pricing and mixes.

Monitoring and updating BCMI information as needed, including expiration dates, escalators, yardage estimates, and other special considerations.

Maintaining regular cross‑functional communication with teammates to ensure all project details, approvals, and updates are captured accurately and work flows smoothly between departments.

Importing Purchase Orders and updating projects in appropriate systems.

Assisting with special projects as needed.

Communication.

The Inside Sales Coordinator is a key point of contact for teammates across Geiger, gathering and providing information needed to ensure accurate records and to facilitate quality customer service.

Project Documentation:

The Inside Sales Coordinator works with other Geiger team members and customers to ensure all pertinent data is captured and stored in a timely, accurate manner, and that systems reflect the most up‑to‑date view of customer projects and Geiger’s production commitments.

Timely System Updates:

The Inside Sales Coordinator collaborates with sales and production team members to gather intel and update system information, facilitating timely and accurate reporting to inform pricing and future business planning.

Work Experience

2–5 years of experience in

sales support, inside sales, customer service, or project coordination

Experience working in a

construction, ready‑mix, or building materials

environment preferred

Proven success managing

data entry, order processing, or project tracking

in a fast‑paced setting

Experience working cross‑functionally with

sales, dispatch, operations, or production teams

Familiarity with

ERP systems, CRM tools, or industry‑specific software (BCMI preferred)

Education

High school diploma or GED required

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in

Business, Construction Management, or related field

preferred

Equivalent combination of

education and relevant work experience

will be considered

Recommended Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with data entry, order entry, or project tracking systems (BCMI preferred)

Ability to interpret pricing, contracts, and project details accurately

Basic knowledge of construction or ready‑mix operations preferred

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
