Role Description
This is a contract/part-time on-site role for a Video Producer. With potential to turn into a full time postition. The Video Producer will oversee the coordinating, scheduling, and filming of The Dating Blind Show a social media dating show. Responsibilities include scheduling shoots, aligning live talent and crew, directing talent on set, and capturing high-quality footage using company-provided equipment. Punctuality and a directive on-set presence are essential, as the role centers on coming on-site, coordinating live talent, and producing each episode. Collaboration with the broader team will also be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and on-set coordination

Ability to direct live talent and keep a shoot on pace

Punctual and dependable, treating call times as non-negotiable

Comfortable operating company-provided cameras, microphones, and basic lighting equipment

Self-motivating and hardworking, with ownership over each shoot

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and multiple projects

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends is a plus
