Slogan Technology Solutions is an AI-native commercial intelligence platform built exclusively for life sciences and pharmaceutical marketing. We deliver deterministic HCP precision, orchestrated omnichannel performance, and measurable prescribing impact through our ReachAI product suite: RxReachAI, EmailReachAI, AdReachAI, SocialReachAI, and PIM.

We are not a traditional agency. We are building the orchestration layer for pharma marketing, combining proprietary products, deep therapeutic specialization, and closed-loop attribution to drive real prescription lift for specialty pharma and rare disease brands.

The Role
We are looking for a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to own our brand presence across LinkedIn, our owned channels, and executive thought leadership. This is not a post-and-pray role. You will build the strategic social engine that establishes Slogan as the defining voice in pharma omnichannel orchestration.

You will work closely with our leadership team to turn complex B2B life sciences concepts into content that drives engagement, pipeline, and brand authority. You will have genuine ownership, real visibility, and the room to build something from the ground up.

What You Will Own
Strategy and brand

Build and execute the social strategy that positions Slogan as a pharma orchestration platform, not just another vendor

Create, schedule, and publish across LinkedIn, X, our own blog, and emerging channels

Run social automation through Vista Social and other modern platforms

Own the editorial calendar and tie it to product launches, thought leadership, and industry moments

Thought leadership and executive presence

Grow the CEO's personal brand and executive voice on LinkedIn

Translate technical concepts (agentic AI, incremental script lift, closed-loop attribution, NPI-level targeting) into story-driven content people are drawn to naturally.

Mine client case studies, industry shifts, and competitive moves for content opportunities

Paid social and client work

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns for pharma clients across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube

Partner with client services to deliver SocialReachAI campaigns

Track performance and turn the numbers into clear recommendations

Content and production

Write blogs, scripts, social posts, and multimedia content

Repurpose webinars, whitepapers, and podcasts into social-first formats

Hold a brand voice that is authoritative, technical, and human, never corporate filler

Publish and manage blog content on our website (CMS experience required: WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or similar)

Community and engagement

Monitor mentions, comments, and engagement across every channel

Build relationships with the pharma marketing community, influencers, and thought leaders

Surface partnership and co-marketing opportunities

What You Bring
Required

3 to 5 plus years of social media strategy and execution

B2B marketing experience (healthcare, pharma, or life sciences strongly preferred)

A track record of turning complex technical concepts into compelling content

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling chops

Hands‑on experience with social management platforms (Vista Social, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)

Hands‑on paid social experience (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)

A self‑starter who owns the channel without hand‑holding

A portfolio of content you have created and campaigns you have run

Preferred

Understanding of pharma marketing and its regulatory guardrails

Experience managing an executive or CEO social presence

Familiarity with omnichannel marketing concepts

Video editing and multimedia production skills

SEO and content marketing knowledge

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $62,000 to $72,000, based on experience

Location: THRIVE @ The Mill on Etowah (https://bit.ly/Slogan-Offices), with a preference for candidates within 150 miles of Canton, GA for weekly collaboration. 1‑2 days remote work.

Growth: High visibility with leadership - this contract role has high potential to grow into broader FT marketing leadership position as the company scales
