Execute apparel and product design work from concept, research, and layout through final production‑ready files.
Support integrated campaigns by creating brand‑aligned visuals, layouts, and design systems.
Create accurate, production‑ready artwork for both digital use and physical products, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Collaborate closely with design leadership, the Marketing Director, and cross‑functional partners to translate creative direction into polished execution.

Participate in design reviews, workshops, and key milestones, contributing thoughtful feedback and strong craftsmanship.
Stay current on sportswear, fanwear, and apparel design trends, tools, and production techniques to continuously elevate output.

Proficiency in After Effects is a plus, but not required.
Experience preparing files for print or production; familiarity with apparel print methods is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback efficiently.
Ability to concept quickly (sketches, mood boards) and carry ideas through to final execution.
