Sales Design Consultant

At Nicholas Joseph, Custom Suits You, we create custom menswear for clients who value fit, craftsmanship, and personal service at the highest level.
Since 2005, clients have traveled to Chicago specifically to work with our team, selecting fabrics, getting measured, and designing garments tailored to their exact preferences and lifestyle.
What You’ll Do:

Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up
Guide clients through the custom suiting and shirting process
Conduct fittings and take measurements
Help clients select fabrics, styles, and garment details
Manage multiple client appointments and orders at once
Develop repeat business and personal clientele
Deliver a high-touch luxury experience from consultation through delivery
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in menswear, luxury retail, or personal styling
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Motivated by goals, performance, and client satisfaction
Professional, polished, and confident with an upscale clientele
Strong computer and administrative skills
Previous luxury sales or styling experience is an asset
Compensation:

Commission-based role
Average earnings: $60K–$70K+ in year one
$90K+ potential in year two and beyond

Training provided across all areas of the custom clothing process, including fittings, fabrics, styling, and sales
