Aqua Hills Water, your local RainSoft dealer, is the leading brand of water treatment and air purification systems worldwide. Our office is currently interviewing for positions in inside sales at our office in Osseo, WI.
We are a service provider for The Home Depot with a presence in over 18 stores throughout the Minnesota and Wisconsin.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team and further strengthen our position in the market.

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for new business development opportunities as well as managing existing customer accounts. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supporting New Lead Generation and managing the existing lead generation, managing and qualifying inbound leads (website, sales email, sales phone); using tools to qualify leads and find first contact for outside sales reps.
* Customer Service - Process and communicate customer complaints / issues. Work with the rest of the team to ensure proper resolutions are completed (i.e. credits, replacement material, etc.).
* Perform other duties as assigned.
