Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production activities of the site operators for specific elements of the production process. The emphasis of this role is on maintaining, ramping‑up and downsizing production levels as required, and on achieving high levels of on‑time delivery, quality and productivity in a skilled technical environment.
$5,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified individuals.
Schedule: 4/10 Mon‑Thurs
Shift: Third Shift (7 pm‑5:30 am)
Location: Miamisburg, OH
What You’ll Do
Daily management of production operators for specific elements of the production process to meet operational goals and objectives.
Work closely with Site Leadership to ensure capacity and materials planning for assigned area of production.
Identify and/or implement improvement programs in productivity, quality and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, health and safety regulations and other regulatory requirements.
Liaise with internal customers/departments to meet production demands and exceed expectations.
Lead, supervise, coach and motivate direct reports; promote teamwork in the manufacturing environment.
Report on key metrics to production and site management to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
What You Need
Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field preferred).
At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Practical ability to act in a complex Energetics manufacturing environment.
Skills for operating in an environment of constant transition with high performance targets.
Leadership that motivates others to achieve company goals and meet growth targets.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills related to equipment, processes and product quality.
Strong bias for action and results; drives self and others to deliver on commitments.
Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
U.S. citizenship is required.
