Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Enrollment, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of data‑driven marketing initiatives designed to attract, engage, and convert prospective students across the recruitment funnel.
This role is highly collaborative and detail‑oriented, assisting with campaign coordination, data entry, lead review, social media content scheduling, communications, and cross‑functional alignment with Admissions and Student Services.
We are looking for an organized, proactive team member who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep campaigns running smoothly and is excited about connecting prospective students to meaningful career paths in natural health sciences.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week on‑site at our Tempe, AZ campus.
Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Coordination
Support the execution of enrollment marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
Assist with campaign setup, QA, and overall organization.
Perform data entry, list uploads, segmentation, and database hygiene within CRM and marketing systems.
Review and route incoming leads to ensure proper follow‑up and lifecycle management.
Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and compiling basic reports.
Support A/B testing set‑up and documentation.
Social Media & Digital Content Support
Coordinate and schedule social media content in alignment with the content calendar.
Monitor engagement and flag opportunities or issues to the Marketing Manager.
Support content entry and updates within the website CMS (WordPress preferred).
Help ensure consistency and accuracy of admissions and program information across platforms.
Help repurpose content for multiple formats (email, social, web).
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and style standards across social, web, and email channels.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating content shoots involving faculty and students, including calendar coordination, communication with participants, and logistics support.
Document action items and decisions from team and cross‑functional meetings and distribute recaps to stakeholders.
Maintain adherence to ADA accessibility standards, VA requirements, and accreditation guidelines.
Team Coordination & Administrative Support
Organize meetings, agendas, and follow‑ups for enrollment marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Admissions and internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day marketing needs.
Provide on‑site support for recruitment events, campus visits, and student ceremonies as needed, including occasional weekend or evening availability.
Maintain and update project timelines, task lists, and status trackers for active campaigns and initiatives.
Education & Experience
Minimum BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent degree.
1–2 years of marketing, communications, or a related role is preferred (in‑house or agency); higher education or enrollment experience is a plus but not required.
Experience developing a wide breadth of traditional and digital marketing initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, web).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate, or similar) preferred.
Comfort working with spreadsheets and data entry tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
Interest in analytics and campaign performance is a plus.
Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite; ability to produce on‑brand social and web assets.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Google Data Studio, and Power Bi to track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Comfortable working within brand and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Openness to learning and adopting AI‑assisted marketing tools and emerging technologies.
Familiarity with project management platforms; ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
Extensive periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse. Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling of up to 25 pounds. Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts. Communicate to perform essential functions.
