Your Job
The Brooks Global Creative team imagines, designs, curates, and manifests creative concepts, campaigns, and assets that define and express the Brooks brand. Print, retail, packaging, web, digital, events—and even porta potties—are our canvas and runners are our inspiration. Our growing team seeks a Brand Designer to develop marketing creative to support internal and external brand assets. As an Associate Brand Designer, you bring conceptual thinking, passion, a keen eye, and creative talent to each project, supporting the development of brand creative across a range of channels and touchpoints while applying established brand standards and design fundamentals to produce accurate, well‑crafted work.
Your Responsibilities
Support design development for global and regional programs across a range of channels including web, CRM, OOH, events, loyalty, brand marketing, sports marketing, retail, and direct mail—bringing creative concepts to life across the brand.
Create designs for internal presentations, meetings, and events including templates, layouts, and supporting visual assets that help the team communicate ideas clearly and consistently.
Build and foster relationships with other team members to gain and maintain a deep understanding of what drives the brand, business, and products.
Partner with copywriters to develop conceptual ideas and assets that meet business and brand goals.
Problem‑solve and develop multiple clear, effective design solutions under short timelines or strict budgets, applying established approaches and feedback.
Continually develop design, presentation, and strategic skills through hands‑on work, feedback, research, and education.
Actively contribute to workflow improvements that help the team produce best‑in‑class creative.
Manage time, workflow, and schedules to deliver exceptional creative on time and on budget, keeping files organized and assets accurate for review and execution.
Support fellow designers and contribute to additional graphics projects as needed.
Qualifications
Creative portfolio demonstrating best‑in‑class layout, typography, and conceptual skills with a strong foundation in design fundamentals and the ability to work within a brand system across multiple formats.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
1+ years of experience in graphic design with an in‑house creative team, agency, or similar environment preferred.
Digital and/or retail design experience preferred.
Working understanding of both print and digital design spaces.
Fluent in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; experience in After Effects preferred.
Well versed in design and workflow best practices.
Detail‑oriented.
Proven project/time management skills.
Able to work both independently and within a team, and collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve exceptional results.
Great attitude, collaborative spirit, and drive to improve the Brooks brand.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain work clearly, receive feedback openly, and revise with guidance.

Compensation
The pay range for this position, based out of the Seattle HQ, is $29.38 – $44.10 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
