In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the agency's records management functionalities, streamlining operational processes, and integrating custom ECM workflows. If you have deep expertise in the OpenText ECM suite and a passion for building efficient digital solutions, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Design, review, and implement system integrations with OpenText Content Server.Develop custom workflows, forms, and integrations pertinent to records management business processes.Perform system integration analysis to determine the best approaches with business and technology teams.Provide 2nd-level day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and Livelink ECM administration.Perform regular ECM system maintenance, including server-level patches, health checks, and implementing software updates/hot fixes.Maintain installation procedures and site Operations Handbooks.Required Technical Stack:Platform: OpenText Content Server 10 and CS 23.1.Modules: Records Management, Enterprise Connect, Enterprise Scan.Workflow: OpenText Workflow.Programming Languages: Visual C#, Oscript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Integration: Web Services, XML, OpenText APIs.Database: Oracle 19C.
