Position Overview
The Paid Media Analyst supports RTX’s growing paid media capability by contributing to the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of paid media programs across channels. This role provides flexible support depending on business needs — ranging from campaign execution, trafficking, and QA to reporting, workflow coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration.

As the internal paid media function evolves, this position will adapt to support new platforms, processes, and areas of specialization. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable learning new tools, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving environment.

What You Will Do
Campaign Execution & Trafficking

Support the setup, validation, and ongoing monitoring of paid media campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy in targeting, creative, and tracking.

Assist with trafficking, tagging, QA, pacing checks, and timeline alignment across partners.

Operational Support & Workflow Management

Maintain shared tools, trackers, asset logs, workflows, or naming conventions that support operational consistency.

Contribute to developing or improving processes as the in‑house function grows.

Paid Social or Channel‑Specific Support

Depending on team needs, assist with paid social campaign setup, audience list management, creative rotation, and platform hygiene.

Partner with channel strategists to translate plans into in‑platform execution.

Reporting & Analytics Support

Pull performance data from platforms and feed it into team dashboards or reporting templates.

Surface initial observations or discrepancies to strategists or analytics partners.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Serve as an operational connector between Creative, Brand, Comms, Analytics, and external agencies or platform partners.

Provide status updates and support multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Experience in paid media execution, operations, trafficking, digital marketing, or related fields.

Strong attention to detail and comfort working in platform tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly across teams.

Qualifications We Prefer

Hands‑on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or other digital platforms.

Familiarity with naming conventions, tracking parameters, or QA workflows.

Interest in developing deeper specialization as the team expands.

Salary range: $86,800 — $165,200 USD per year.
