Store Leader: Customer Service & Operations

PCC Community Markets is seeking a Person In Charge for the Columbia City location in Indiana. The successful candidate will oversee the entire store, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities include supervising the schedule and job responsibilities of cashiers and other staff while maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the store.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, leadership, and the ability to handle various situations effectively. A current Food Worker Card and availability for closing shifts, including weekends, are required.
