As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships, working directly with a Managing Director and Wealth Advisors to support high‑net‑worth client relationships, ensure an exceptional client experience, and participate in the financial planning and advisory process. What You’ll Do

Serve as liaison between high‑net‑worth clients and our world‑class advisors, delivering a professional and personalized experience

Partner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships

Assist with meeting preparation, follow‑up, and ongoing client communication

Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and suitability documentation

Research and help resolve complex client service and operational matters

Participate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparation

Gain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long‑term relationship management

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience

Prior client‑facing experience preferred

Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust, or related financial services roles

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
