Role Description

The Field Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfax, VA. In this role, you will represent Home Genius Exteriors by engaging with potential customers in the field, promoting our services, and generating leads. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with homeowners, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience. The role requires collaboration with the sales team to help achieve company growth objectives.
Qualifications

Expertise in Field Marketing with the ability to manage on-site promotions and generate leads
Strong Relationship Building and Communication skills for engaging with homeowners and team members
Customer Service and Sales skills to deliver exceptional experiences and support sales initiatives
High level of professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm for client interactions
Ability to thrive in an on-site role and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational qualifications are a plus
